2. Trainer Competence & Background
Demonstrated Expertise: Program facilitators must possess a minimum of two (2) years of practical, real-world experience in their chosen niche (Coaching, Ministry, or Business).
Operational Alignment: Instructors must demonstrate the capability and professional baseline needed to guide students safely toward their goals.
1. Curriculum Architecture & Clarity
Structured Content: The program must feature a written syllabus, course outline, or training manual (submitted via PDF or Word format).
Clear Objectives: The training must outline what specific skills or transformations a student will master by graduation.
Originality: The core teaching concepts must be original to the creator or appropriately credited, strictly avoiding plagiarism.
3. Student Accountability & Evaluation
Completion Checkpoints: The program cannot simply sell information; it must require students to complete formal milestone checks (e.g., brief quizzes, practical practice hours, feedback forms, or a final capstone assignment).
Verification of Learning: There must be a clear administrative tracking process to confirm a student has fulfilled all course requirements before they are issued a graduation certificate.
4. Ethical Stewardship & Operations
Truth in Marketing: The academy must agree to market its programs honestly, promising no deceptive earnings guarantees or absolute outcomes to prospective students.
Transparent Policies: The business must have clearly stated, easily accessible refund policies, terms of service, and student expectations.
Code Covenant: The organization’s leadership must check "Yes" on our application form to officially pledge alignment with the RLW Empower Institute Code of Ethics.
